Rivière-du-Loup, August 14, 2023 - The Lepage Millwork family is proud to celebrate a rare and remarkable milestone. Fifty years ago today, Mr. Réjean Chouinard began working for the family-owned business thanks to his passion for wood. Half a century later, that passion is as strong as ever!
Over the decades, his skills, assiduity, and creativity have helped build Lepage Millwork's reputation for excellence. As one of the few people to have worked with the four generations that have succeeded each other at the head of the company, his expertise can be seen on major buildings throughout Quebec, Ontario and the United States. Examples include the preservation of the Château Frontenac's historical cachet, the symbolic window of the dean of a reputed American university, and all the other architectural forms that have given Lepage Millwork's projects their character over the years.
"Reaching 50 years of service is an extraordinary achievement that perfectly illustrates Réjean's level of commitment to Lepage and its tradition of trust," said François-Xavier Bonneville, General Manager. "It’s with talented and hardworking craftsmen like him that Lepage Millwork has carved out a place for itself within the industry and in its various markets."
"We warmly thank Réjean for five wonderful decades and hope to keep him with us for many more years to come!" noted Marc-Antoine Bonneville, Sales Manager. "He brings a positive energy every day. It's a real pleasure to work with him and to count him among the pillars of our production team."
To celebrate this achievement, Lepage Millwork has planned a number of initiatives to pay tribute to Mr. Chouinard's dedication over the coming year.
